In honour of Child Month, the Jamaican National Child Month Committee (NCMC) will be encouraging 31 Days of Love in which adults get to show children that they care. The activities are in purple. My comments are in red.

May 1 - Tell your child/children you love them.
May 2 - Ask children about themselves. Be prepared to listen to what they say.
May 3 - Hug your children.
May 4 - Talk openly with your child.
May 5 - Go to church with your child.
May 6 - Smile with your child.
May 7 - Apologize when you are wrong, no matter how challenging this may be.
