It’s me, Christine and boy am I glad to see you. See, I got some information I want to share. After what happened at home (see A-I), I’m now living in Aunt Celia’s house. She reminds me so much of Daddy. Her square-shaped face and the frown lines in her forehead make me think of him. She’s also patient like him, which is a good thing, ‘cause I have tons of questions that need answering.
I asked Auntie something about my mother and she looked like she’d seen a duppy (that’s what we call ghosts in Jamaica). I think Auntie knows a whole lot more about my family than she’s saying, but not to worry, I’m gonna find out what I need to know. I’m young, but I’m good at asking questions.
When we get to J, I’ll tell you what I know. In the meantime, if you want to know what happens to me after this, read part of my story here or get my entire history here. If you want to pop in on the other bloggers doing this Blogging from A-Z Challenge, go here.
